Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data through this public form. No authentication is required to submit a request. Controller: Demirhan Kul, operating DRAPAI (Sarıyer, Türkiye).
What will be deleted
- Account and profile information
- Cloud-held uploaded images, garment images, and generated try-on outputs (subject to our active retention schedule, then removed)
- Job and entitlement metadata associated with your account (except where law or billing requires limited retention)
- Tokens and subscription entitlement records we store for your account (store billing history may remain with Apple or Google)
Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or billing purposes. Residual copies may persist briefly in caches or provider recovery systems after active deletion. See the Privacy Policy for retention detail.
